  • The meeting point is right at the entrance of Palazzo delle Prigioni; enter and head to the first floor
  • Show your smartphone voucher at the entrance
  • Please arrive at the meeting point 5 minutes before the start of your tour

Getting to the palace:

  • From St. Mark’s Square, with the Doge’s Palace in front of you and the St. Mark’s Basin at your back
  • Go right, cross the bridge (you will see the Bridge of Sighs) and then look to the left to find the entrance of Palazzo delle Prigioni
